Due to major roadworks in Cliviger, this race will now be over the 5k distance running inside the park using the paths around the triangle and football fields.

To meet regulations and gain approval the event will have to be split into two races.

Start times will also have to be changed to when the park is less busy with the general public.

Race 1 Ladies 10:00am

Race 2 Men 10:45am

If you have already entered the 10k you will automatically be entered in the 5k race.

Race 1 U7/U9 10.00am
Race 2 U11/U13 10.15am
Race 3 U15/U17 10.30am
Race number collection for all races BY 9.45am

The races will all start and finish on the large field opposite the entrance to the main car park. Races 2 and 3 will take in some of the trail paths around and below the 9 hole golf course.

Collect your race number and pay the £2 entry fee from the tent on the field BY 9:45am

Parents and spectators please DO NOT congregate around the start and finish areas. Please maintain a safe distance from others.

Medals for the first 3 boys and girls in each age group. Goody bag for all finishers.

Due to the current Covid-safe protocols and guidance, organisation of races has changed along with the uncertainty of future restrictions.

This year the Junior races in the Pendle & Burnley Grand Prix will be pre-entry only.

To help Parents/Guardians – and avoid additional booking fees – we will have ONE pre-entry form where you can register your child for the races you’d like to attend.

You can register for all races on one form.
You can also return to the form as many times as you like to enter additional races.

We will pass the pre-entry information onto the Race Organisers.

Entries for a race will close TWO DAYS before the race date.

On the day you will simply collect your number from registration and pay the entry fee directly into a box/bucket.

If you register and then decide not to run, you must let us know.

Once you submit the form, you may be asked to complete a Google security puzzle, you will then receive a pop up acknowledgement along with a confirmation email; please check your spam folder if you dont receive it.
